Miss Rodeo Idaho 2025 Maycn McCullough
From her very first rodeo queen title at 8 years old, Maycn McCullough was destined to be Miss Rodeo Idaho one day. As the only young woman to hold all four Miss Rodeo Idaho titles (Miss Lil Bit, Junior, Teen and now Miss Rodea Idaho), she will always hold a unique place in our state as she serves as Miss Rodeo Idaho 2025.
Maycn is the 21-year-old daughter of James and Deanna McCullough of Caldwell and a graduate of Middleton High School. She is a certified nail technician and is pursuing a degree in Advanced Medical Imaging with a minor in Psychology at Boise State University. Maycn has wanted to be Miss Rodeo Idaho since she was five years old and worked to achieve this goal her entire life. Realizing her rodeo queen dreams, Maycn won the title of Miss Rodeo Idaho 2025 in July of 2024. An accomplished equestrian, Maycn won the coveted Horsemanship buckle, adding to her many successes showing cow horse at a national level.
During her reign, she will represent the Miss Rodeo Idaho organization, our host rodeo, the Snake River Stampede, and the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association. In addition to promoting rodeo in Idaho and beyond, Maycn serves as an ambassador for Project Filter – Idaho Fights Tobacco and Stampede for the Cure, a program that provides cancer detection screenings to uninsured and underinsured women.
As a lifelong rodeo queen and now Miss Rodeo Idaho, Maycn has come to deeply value the impact that rodeo queening has on personal growth and resilience. Her platform “Be a Queen” is a call to embody the values that have shaped her journey. Confidence, grit, and a commitment to being the best version of oneself. Rodeo queening has given her the courage to face challenges head on and the grace to handle each triumph and setback with poise. To Maycn, being a queen is not just about the title; it is about embracing what you love, showing up fully each day, and inspiring others to do the same. Through her year being Miss Rodeo Idaho, she hopes to inspire people she meets to find their own strength through their passions and “Be a Queen” as well.
